What is the differences of Screen refresh rate between CRT & LCD monitors? How many hertz for better performance?
Beside that, mind to share your NVIDIA settings for better performance when playing cs?

Refresh rate for LCD? I'm not too sure about that.. are you talking abt vertical sync?
You can disable vertical sync in the NVIDIA config and it'll let your ingame fps go over 60 but you will notice tearing (lines going across the objects ingame) sometimes.

refresh rates in LCD monitors are mostly capped to 75hz whereas monitors usually able to reach 100-120hz.
the higher refresh rate = faster information relayed to the screen
