So I want to know:

1. Is the adapter easily available? How much?

2. What is it use for? hands free for phone?

2. usually has a2dp profile as well, so you can stream your music from yyour handphone instead pof being handsfree.

yes u can use it as a handsfree. some bluetooth modules come with a microphone u can put at ur dashboard
