i think most people will be scared to put anything down here. later kena sue by their own lawyer! haha

if you are looking for a lawyer, pm me and i will give you my lawyer's contact. so far so good with him. experienced and efficient.

my first experience, a law firm in kajang just show me where is hould put my signature before explain to me what is the meaning of the jargons in the s&p. Since, i also new to this kind of transaction, i just accept the answer of my request that is, the t&c in the snp is standard. so, indirectly means they do not need to explain la.. I only deal with their clerk. never met the lawyer.

however for my second buy, my lawyer is very good and helpful. She email me the draft of snp for me to read beforehand and explain the content of the snp. if u want me to get details on the law firm, u can also email me. i can help u.

May I know how much they charge and how long for the entire process?
Can I start apply for loan after getting the draft?

Is it possible that I get bank loan of 50K without a S&P agreement, after that the loan amount pay to my uncle, then he inherit his house to my name?
johnsonm
vei hong - charge is based on your s&p price. they have a formula to calculate.
yes you can apply for loans with your draft. you can also apply with your booking receipt.

i am sorry but i can't understand your last question.

lol ... my lawyer did that too. He emailed me the draft copy first for reviewing and of course my confirmation to proceed with original copy.

Btw guys, now i have signed my S&P, loain agreement on the processing stage as my lawyer said he just got the letter instruction from the bank.
EPF also submitted already. I just wondering, how long more i have to wait? and any other process i need to go through?
johnsonm
most lawyers nowadays do that. just request them to.
