The pickups are a pair of Paf Pros in ( off a jem ) in the neck and bridge position and a HS 2 in the middle.
The machines are Gotoh and the trem is an edge 2. MIJ , 1991 not a reissue

Nice job dude, very good for a 14-year-old. I'm jealous, at that age I was still listening to Britney and thought the electric guitar didn't exist.

RG550 is a great guitar. Its basically a pre-Prestige version of the current Prestige line.

Whats the diff between the reissue 550 and the 1980-90s 550
blacktrix that bullseye has a really awkward pickup selector switch position lol. never seen one put there before

Its basically the same, unless I am missing something. But the reissue is quite rare, so is the original though. Whichever one you can get your hands on for the right price, get it!

the early ones had those blocky neck joints like fenders.
the newer ones have the AANJ joint.
some dont like the AANJ cos theres less wood, so less tone.
but its basswood, what tone?

Hey, basswood isn't that bad. Haha, but yeah, the AANJ is definitely a step-up from the Fender-ish joint. I hate those things, makes my small hands feel even smaller.

mine has the AANJ joint, not the fender-ish joint, so my rg570 is a reissue as well?

yeah, basswood isnt bad. and the good thing is, its light. even Vai's JEM are basswood.

Yeah, I would go for the Armani suit too........ but there are so many other brands of suits here in Italy that are really nice as well. I'm basically looking for the classic italian cut suit since I'm out here. Hopefully can find some today for a decent price.

They are just some overpriced Korean guitars with some radical designs with a damn good marketing ploy.
tonality wise, it ain't that bad. I've personally tried the Dean Razorback Explosion and the Razorback V 255 and they are not that bad. Maybe it's because of the dimebucker PUPs but it's just way too overpriced. The god damn FR is not even original WTF!!!
Why I'm ranting??? because ma stupid bro just bought for me a stupid Razorback Cemetary Gates and it's shipping over whithin 2 weeks.
Any takers LOL? Since so many dudes here like Dean guitars so much

Richard Wright of Pink Floyd dies at 65
Richard Wright, a founder member of Britain's legendary rock group Pink Floyd , has died at the age of 65 after battling cancer, his spokesman said.
The group, led by Syd Barrett, was founded in 1964 and became famous for its genre of psychedelic rock, selling more than 200 million albums worldwide, including 75 million in the US.
Wright was one of its five co-founders. He played the keyboard and wrote music in classic albums such as the Dark Side Of The Moon and Wish You Were Here.
Wright appeared on the group's first album, The Piper at the Gates of Dawn, in 1967 alongside lead guitarist Barrett, Roger Waters and Nick Mason.
Wright, a self-taught keyboardist and pianist, had met Waters and Mason while at architecture school. In the early days of Pink Floyd , Wright, along with Barrett, was seen as the group's dominant musical force.
