Meetup time: From 2pm-3pm
Gathering starts at: 3pm onwards
Meetup Location: Burger King, Lower Ground floor (near to Best Denki store)We will meetup from 2pm onwards. T-shirt will be distributed between 2pm until 3pm, so, from 3pm we can start moving to Midvalley Exhibition hall at 4th floor.
So, please be PUNCTUAL, schedule your time to allow time for t-shirt distribution, because we will start our gathering at 3pm sharp.
I've divided the participants to 4 groups as following. So, group leader will distribute the t-shirts. Make sure you know which group to go to pickup your t-shirt.
As term and condition for free t-shirt, gathering participants is required to wear the t-shirt. So, there's a nearby toilet incase you need a place to change.
Note: During GameAxis LIVE! event, if possible, stick together instead of wandering around alone. So, see you guyz this Satuday!
