I am planning of making another rig. I have planned everything except 4 da graphics card. Is the MSI 8800GTS (OC) 320MB DDR3 320Bit ok. Is it better than my 9600GT 512MB DDR3 256Bit. I am planning to play games at 1680x1050 resolution

IF 8800GTS 320Mb is A3 version then 8800GTS is better because can OC kau kau to beat 8800GT so sure can beat 9600GT also.

9600GT will be good choice cause it single slot and runs more cooler (idle 54 - load 65) and 8800GTS (idle60 - load 85)

You'll also have to keep in mind 8800GTS is older thus when you wanna resell even though has similar performance people tend to lean on the newer models.

Your gaming resolution is quite high, I'd say go for a 512MB card

But some ppl say the 9600gt is better 4 me is it true?
