Hi, I'm thinking of getting a wireless broadband but I have many questions on mind.

Which provider is better at Kota Damansara (near Ikea)? Maxis/Celcom/Izzi/U Mobile? Recommendation on type of package to take?

If I buy the modem, let's say the Bluecube modem for Celcom, but after that I decided to switch to Maxis, can it still be used? Any modem that I can use for all broadband provider?

Thanks!

yes u can use any HSDPA/3G modem to access Celcom/ Maxis or Izz but they usually have a minimum commitment. If not they charge penalty fee.

example if the TS want to subscribe IZZI, package iZZione , how much do the TS need to pay for the 1st payment? any other documents need to bring also?

I can't answer this because each service provider has their own pros and cons. I'm using Celcom right now, and still satisfied even though I experienced a few hiccups.

But how about the Bluecube 3.5G modem (black color)? Still can use on others 3G? I tried to ask the person at a Celcom booth, but he's like blur blur only...

It's free if I sign up for 18 months celcom broadband. But I don't wanna tied up to one provider in case it;'s not good. Buying the bluecube 3.5G modem alone will cost RM399.

Yeah... i would like to know about the modem oso.

I heard fren using Maxis Wireless Broadband at Shah Alam said that the speed is suck. He is using 640kbs but still experience very slow internet....
In term of speed, would celcom faster than maxis? (e.g. 384kbs)
