Using Diskeeper. You can let this program do the defrag automatically without worrying about lag or crashes. It won't defrag when you are using your computer. However, seems that it can't defrag inactive partially downloaded torrent files which it will keep running when your computer is idle.
Ultimate Defrag 2008 is not bad and it is lightweight and Perfectdisk 2008 is decent.

I'm using Defraggler (http://www.defraggler.com/). Slow, but it's free and didn't install any service. Last time I used Diskeeper, but lulz I prefer not to use cracked software. Prefer free alternatives.

I'm using "Auslogics Disk Defrag" for my Vista, not bad and the defragmentation is pretty fast. I just got it recently while looking through www.download.com, click

yeah, i'm using this software too. served me very well for a long time already. as TristanX said, never crashed before and when it defrags you won't really notice it. havent tried Ultimate Defrag and Perfectdisk before, but from what i've heard and read about it, it's quite a good program too.

Its not only easy to use, it defrags in real time while the cpu usage is low.

No manual clicking non sense.
