Depending on what you are trying to use for...if car, depend on what type of car..an 8" tube woofer..i don't think it will satisfy anyone in any car..maybe in kancil, i have no idea

To get the best out this tube-woofer that you've indicated, you have to be equipped with a HU rated minimum 50W X 4, front 6" passive-component set & if possible install the assy wood panels at the front doors for your speakers to give certain amount of mid-bass to complement your rear tube-woofer. Make sure also to install the Tube-Woofer right fastened behind parallel the rear seats to maximise effect. The rest of it is tuning it to get some anount of staging.

I think it wil work.

Prefer get 10" subwoofer or 12" subwoofer. That is the only way to get real low bass.
Tube woofer and passive woofer is just for sheer of bass joy. Can't really compete with those standard subwoofer with ample space.

ah I think should be adequate for non spl people if can get as low as 50hertz response from ur front mid speakers..like my lanzar components.
Got this tube woofer at DIRT cheap price from lelong, if you know how to find.
