u use mcrsft visual c++ 6.0 ka..use borland ok aso..

are you talking about the Visual Studio Project file or C/C++ files (.cpp, .c, .C, .h)?
if C/C++ source file - you can simply open it with Notepad or Wordpad but if you like to edit them i.e with code completion, color coding, there a lot of editors out there e.g. Notepad++ and of course Visual Studio C++. Other C/C++ IDE also can edit your C/C++ codes too.
