What kind of excuse is this?! Take a bath after you exercise lah. It's Malaysia -- it's a humid place, impossible not to sweat lah.
lol yeah.. i do consider myself weak and not fit..
erm, im not aneroxic or anything.. i do
eat.. yesterday, for example..
Breakfast (7 am) : Chocolate muffin (nothing to eat at home ==)
Recess (10.30 am) : Nasi lemak
Lunch (1.30 pm) : Rice, "Steamed Pork-Egg Thingy", Vege, Salad
Dinner : Rice, Egg, Vege, same "Steamed Pork-Egg Thingy"
and somewhere in between, some chocolate chip cookies..
sometimes, i do skip recess and breakfast as im quite busy with club stuff.. but i'm not hungry.. thats still bad right? as for excercising.. i dont know how to cycle.. so cant.. besides, any outdoor activities here are 'banned'.. people get robbed and slashed with parangs around here == the only chance i get to exercise is during PJK (once a week?!) where we play basketball or.. some game that deosnt include much movement
