Aisyeh your english very difficult to understand. When you state "den remake C and D" I'm assuming you're refering to HDD partitioning? Clean hard disk you'll have to use the windows OS boot up menu OR do you mean to say you have 2 HDD in your PC?

juz use ur boot up disc then there will be a part where u can make ur 2 hdd...

Put your Windows CD/DVD in CD/DVD drive.
Restart your PC.
When the BIOS/DOS menu state whether to boot from CD/DVD select yes.. or something like that.
Wait for your Windows boot menu to load up... follow instruction on screen.

Something like was how I format my HDD , if I remember correctly.

Recheck your password using the forgot password function etc... if you cannot login it's because your username/password is incorrect, nothing to do with Windows error.

Friendster keep on refresh?? Try it again tomorrow..I witness this when friendster account is down..

I dun think u need to format. Try to use registry mechanic, CCleaner, and etc. Reinstall your msn if you still unable to log in..maybe try to create an account or use your friends account.
