Limit stated rm250. really it's celcom's mistake to allow the bill to go that high. I hope it's just typo.

The bill is only 1 out of 2 pages. I doubt user was making too many calls or accidentally used gprs or anything like that.

8k? you accidentally use ur normal voice sim card to access 3G for data is it?

from the "package" line, its quite clear thats its a data only sim card

If im not mistaken, that creedit limit RM250 only applies to calling rate, not data charges

my dad used the celcom broadband in aussie once....he used it for everyday for almost a week n he came back with a bill amounting to 4500 smakeroos...

I'm guessing he must've joined the Celcom 100 Days 100 Cars's contest where they charge you RM5 per message sent/received. Totally insane.

Few people sent their comments on public newspaper that they got tricked and ending up to pay their bills costing in thousands where their credit limit is below than a thousand.

I know that you're concerned about your friend, but does he know u posted up his bill with all his info for the whole world to see? Maybe you might want to do him a simple courtesy and block out some of the info on the bill. Like his name, maybe ? or phone no? or account no? Luckily his address and IC wasn't on it. Ooppss.. nope, his address IS on it! LOL

this bill is posted on one of the Malaysia's biggest chinese forum's chit chat zone(guess u all know which)
by the owner, who is a moderator. The owner himself was so furious until he aware and do not care the information exposed to public.
He also stated that the sim card is for data transfer and cannot call in/out.
