Nothing to do with your notebook..most probably is with ur OS? Did u get an original one or pirated? If original..i think can send back acer

Maybe your OS has problems. But then again my XP is also pirated but no issues.. Did you try downloading the program again? Maybe some files are missing inside the software.

why all CAPS? dun't know writing ethics? anyway, it might have smt to do with the installer file.. try dling again from windows live and if it doesn't work try download from freedownloads.com or smt..

I used the same laptop with Vista Home Premium n WLM 8.5 but don have any problem.
