I'm gonna register streamyx combo this week and there is something that I wanted to ask. Now my situation is like this, I have an existing line(phone line/land line*) and I've registered a streamyx account. But that streamx acc has been banned(didn't pay for 3-4 months). Now I want to register a new streamyx account using my phone line to apply for that streamyx combo. Do I have to pay the debt 1st(for my 1st existing acc) or I can register a new account straight away?

The 1st streamyx's account belongs to my bro and I won't help him pay the outstanding debt. So can I register a new account for myself? Please do pm me any streamyx agent cause I wanna settle this by this week.

Then this is bad...real bad. But AFAIK, if there is no outstanding debt in your phone bill then you can register a new account. Not very sure though.

Last time phoneline under my father's name owing like RM300+ and streamyx under my name owing like RM1000+

I re-register under my name but the TMpoint ppl said house address blacklisted must pay the RM300 only can register again.
So i paid and register phoneline under my name and streamyx also under my name

well you don't really have a choice. Try to apply for a new fixed line

Don't worry too much, if old bill cost you too much. Just get a New Fixed Line. Just cost more RM85 on start-up only.

for ur information, if the fixed line have outstanding balance,
still can apply streamyx.
Only if the phone number being blacklisted then cannot apply streamyx.
so need to clear the bill 1st then can proceed with streamyx application.
u can apply through my web base system, but i need customer both side IC.

hi guys,
i already had existing fixed line under my mum's name and for streamyx is under my name, but nw i wan to apply for streamyx combo.
the problem is i called telekom and asked the staffs there, they told me both must be same user/name.
so what can i do now? terminate my current streamyx acc and apply for new 1? or any other ways without spending any money?
