can we change the term to 95% guaranty on 1MBPS speed ?

It's impossible for any broadband company to guarantee that.

Too expensive

The service is meant for businesses and they come with 1 fixed IP. They are priced right... VERY competitive even.

if they can guarantee at least 70% of max speed..
im in..
but can i believe after big company fail to do so...

Added on June 12, 2008, 10:04 pmi think the speed is Symmetric, which mean the subscriber will get 1mbps/1mbps, 2mbps/2mbps, 5mbps/5mbps, download and upload as well.

Well... I've decided to sign up... will post back the results after we got the line. They need 21 working days for cabling & etc though...
Basically, they claimed they have their own backbone which frees their network from being bogged down by Telekom's and that their core is fiber (10 gigs) all the way to Singapore. Will see... *crossing fingers*

And yes, their speed is Symmetric as per remarked by Alpha_Tay.

Let us all HOPE they can deliver their promise and give us users a decent broadband option.

too expensive.... i think this company got 1Gbit for commercial as well right ?

Anyone in Phileo Damansara using this provider's service? I would like to hear some feedback before jumping in the bandwagon. Thanks

not for me.....

It is pretty expensive for home usage but really suitable for those needing high upload speed like running game server at home, i might consider subscribing in the future
But the coverage is very small huh

Well... actually their claim of their own backbone is misleading. They are just leasing fibers from Fiberrail, Fibercomm, Time. Paneagle does not have NFP license. They are a 2nd tier provider only.

Ok... after the lonnggg wait... we've finally got the service up.
So far things seems to be fine.
Max speeds I have to date are:-
3.8M download and 3.6M upload

normal ISP will provide 70% atleast of origin speed and 90% after that... but this packages super expensive home user but good for normal company

Sorry for digging up an old thread but I need more information on their service. Anyway limsy, you signed up for 5Mbps package but u only get 3.x max speed? Where is your location? Any other problems to note? Do they block ports? Torrents? sites? throttling?
