anyone could share which is better either using 3g networks or wireless streamyx that i heard lots of rumors about it lately.
i'm living in bangi.is there any 3g coverage?preferabbly celcom 3g if i would like to subscribe.

I'm satisfied with 3G RM 68 package (384kbps) so far, because here don't have phone line. I'm able to reach download speed of 45++KBps, but the speed will throttle after reach 5GB quota. You can ask others here http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/686767

streamyx wireless does not cover bangi area. iinm, only shah alam and labuan area covered.

Wireless streamyx is not portable, in case you didn't know. The coverage is very limited since it's just a trial which TM Net tries to run. This is the list of wireless streamyx coverage:

If considering 3G and streamyx wireless, my choice will be 3G. Celcom 3G I'll preferred. Bcoz u can use anywhere. Coverage is very big. Streamyx wireless only near ur home and u need to do installation of receiver at your home and hardly can move out of the coverage area.

Calc,
streamyx wireless = RM99 - 384kbps
streamyx combo 1 = RM60 with tel line - 384kbps free modem, install one wireless router(rm120) if divide by a year = rm12 per month.
therefore combo 1 setup wifi at home, RM60+12 = rm72

with rm 72 u can enjoy wireless and same speed with 384kbps. but if u travel a lot, better take 3G
