Dear ppl,

I know there are already a LOT of "which ISP?" questions floating around so I hope you will forgive me if you feel this is redundant. I'm posting this because I need feedback on a SPECIFIC area; namely Phileo Damansara II. I hope there are people using corporate lines in this area. We're currently using Streamyx 1Mbps line and I guess you don't need me to SPELL out just HOW bad it is... I'm hoping there is ANOTHER choice out there for me.

As of right now, we have a secondary line from TIME and I have to say that (even though it has it's weakness) is WAY WAY BETTER than Streamyx. But I don't want two lines from the SAME company. So, if you're around this area and am surfing happily... please share the joy?

I thought office block has TIME which is running on FIBRE OPTIC?

Like what i had in Plaza Mont Kiara.

We have TIME as our secondary line (which I've already mentioned in my original post). We're looking for another company as we don't want to put all our eggs in one basket. To make today "Oh! So wonderful!" for me... TIME went down today and Streamyx is well... just being streamyx... so I've been bombarded today...

Nope... Jaring don't have coverage here... plus... they only have 1Mbps line... I'm hoping to upgrade to at least 2 Mbps as well.

I dont think there's anymore ISP available for commercial office block.
Usually the management will only allow few providers to setup there.

If u really want to know, u can ask her to talk with the building management there.

p/s: The about 2 years period i was in Plaza Mont Kiara using TIME only few line distruption encountered

may i know what streamyx 1mbps package u use? comparing to time, which package/speed as well...

Both are 1 Mbps with 1 static IP address. Seriously... if you're around this area... go for TIME instead of streamyx. I found out TIME went down yesterday because one of their equipment in our building got fried by lightning. The problem was fixed by lunch.
I'm really contemplating of getting 2 TIME line but that decision would get me into SERIOUS trouble is TIME fails me... *glups nervously*

Gah! Isn't there any ppl working in Phileo Damansara II here? I have to make my decision today and I was hoping I could get some good news from streamyx 2 Mbps line users. (The last thing I wanted is to pay more and yet getting the SAME CRAP)
