I've been playing the demo and it's kind of fun. The pc version isnt as colorful but I would have preferred if you could zoom out for a bigger view of the world and be able to control what to farm. Otherwise it's not too bad at all.

"Things go much faster in Civilization Revolution as compared to the traditional PC games as a lot of commands have been simplified. For example, workers are not controlled individually and automatically carry out preset commands. This is good as it cuts out tedious and repetitious actions within turns and lets you focus more on moving military units and defending your empire"
But I do agree that zooming option will make it better.

No, there is not a hotseat mode for Civilization Revolution. You can play games online on all three systems, and via LAN for PS3 and 360, and locally with multiple DS units.
2. What kind of modes are included in Civilization Revolution?
We have single player games and scenarios, as well as ranked and unranked multiplayer matches. Multiplayer modes you can play free-for-all, 2 vs. 2, or head-to-head.
3. What kind of scenarios are included in Civilization Revolution?
There are several which you'll hear about soon!
4. What is the Game Of The Week? Is it a new map?
No, the Game Of The Week (GOTW) is not a new map. It's a set of random variables generated from the server timestamp to randomize certain elements of the game (such as number of AI opponents, number of starting cities, era the game starts in, etc). After completing the GOTW, your score is uploaded and compared against other players around the world.

No, you can't save the GOTW.
6. Will there be downloadable content?
There will be downloadable content, and details will come soon!
7. Will I be able to save multiplayer games?
No, multiplayer games may not be saved. You can play them in a sitting.
8. Will I be able to play on my Xbox 360 against my friend on a Playstation 3, and vice versa?
Due to the closed nature of both Xbox Live and the PlayStation network, it will not be possible to play online games between different consoles.
9. Will there be hotseat multiplayer?
There will not be hotseat multiplayer. we will have a system link multiplayer for local links, and for the DS, you can play over wifi or over the wireless with up to 4 players.
10. Why must all strategy games limit us to four players?! I'm really going to miss the sixteen player days.
The four player limit is to make the game a lot faster-paced than a Civ4 game. The idea is to allow people to play full games that run the course of history over Xbox Live/PSN in one sitting.
