To Collect Your Prize

1. Please reply to our email using the same email address that you used to register when voting.
2. In your email reply, please provide your Full Name & IC no (for verification purposes when you come and pick up your prize).
3. You will have to collect the prize form the organizer's office. The address will be included in the email sent out to all winners.
4. Collection will be from June 16 - 30th , during working hours 10am - 5pm. Anyone who tries to collect later than the date and time specified, their gifts will be forfeited.
5. For outstation folks, please arrange with someone in Klang Valley to collect it on your behalf as the above time frame is applied to all winners.
