With every kill, u get 2hp n 2mana regen per sec.

Is the upgrade too overrated?

I mean, the with the 200% mana regen too.
If u kill 4 times, already the same as having HoT.( 1st kill get 2 charges, 2hp regen initial, +(2x4) )

My fren n I if use Voljin or Destroyer
sure can play as tanker with the overwhelming hp regen.

ummm...it was released like in 6.51 or maybe way back
u can on Voljin's lvl 4 healing 24/7 when u have 3 charges...

real or not the regen goes up with each kill?
