So, have you upgraded your stock PS3 HDD yet?

Since I see in so many places people moaning about PS3's game instal (most of the moaners dont even have a PS3), just to check if you guys have issues on this.

as cheap as it is to upgrade,still got no money to do so.

You can backup your HDD contents to an external device (USB external HDD), and then restore it back to the new HDD.

ask me once u wanna upgarde coz my 160gb also less than 2GB...

i think got 70GB free out of 160GB.

about 7 game installs and ~ 20PSN purchases and PSN trailers.

Still on my original 40GB, have 19GB left. I don't see a need to upgrade.

I'm thinking of upgrading, then buy an external hdd case for the original 40gb use it as protable hdd.

my one was western digital(sg set) and another fren of mine is fujitsu(japan set)

Stock 60GB. Left less than 2GB of free space. Deleted some demo few weeks ago because of GTA IV hdd install. Definitely need bigger hdd upgrade in future (wonder if MGS 4 requires mandatory hdd install? ).

MGS4 need like 4.6 gb install IIRC.

250gb..here..WD..no prob..but takes long time to backup (siap bleh masak maggi, bancuh milo dan buat cake lapis tu) ..and restore (ni lagi syok tgk LOTR trilogy tu)...oklah half of the trilogy
