So if you're healing a target who's been hurt less than 10 seconds ago, you'll only be getting the base heal rate of 24 health a second. If the target was hurt 12.5 seconds ago, you'll be healing at 48 health a second. If the target hasn't been hurt for over 15 seconds, you'll be getting the maximum heal rate of 72 health a second.

Early on, the medigun only had a single base healing rate of 24 health per second. One behavior we saw players exhibit was that of retreating away from the front line to get healed by a Medic, before returning to combat. Over time, we saw players stop doing this, when they realized that the time it took to be healed back there wasn't worth it. They could have kept fighting at the front line, died, and respawned in much the same amount of time. We wanted to encourage that retreat-for-healing behavior, so we needed to reduce the time it took. We didn't want to affect the healing rate 'in combat' though, so we added this ramp.

Here are the details:

-Sentries are disabled
-You can build 10 Dispensers (more details later)
-Pyro Flamethrower Ammo up to 999
-Scout and Heavy bots are there for your killing convenience.
-I've denoted the Red team as the "Meat" team. Since there's a few achievements that can't be handled by Bots alone, I'm gonna write a few scripts using Macros to make stuff like spies cloak, people taunt, etc. That means I need actual accounts to pull this off. If anyone wishes to donate their computer while they are away (work, school, etc) and would like to run a script or two, please let me know. It'll help out ALOT.
-Ubercharge now charges RIDICULOUSLY quick and drains much slower as well.

Just a note, this server will be inactive when the update releases, but as soon as the update gets applied, we're gonna be live again. I'll update this post with more info.

Some changes that will go in eventually:
-Max health will drop VERY low so we don't have to "pre-kill" ourselves in the acid pool.
-I'm gonna fix the medigun to actually heal for 10000 right away

Instructions on how to build more than one object:
Type this into the console:

bind "[key]" "build [X]"

replacing [key] with a key of your choice.
[X] should be replaced by:
0 for Dispenser
1 for Teleporter Entrance
2 for Teleporter Exit
3 for Sentry Gun

Some of these changes (multiple buildings, fixed ammo) will be rolled out to the "Fun TF2 server as well", to hopefully draw a bigger crowd. I still haven't figured out the crash bug though.
