Alright, guys! Remember the two maps I posted yesterday? Well screw that. THIS is the win. You can even achieve Arsonist by yourself in your own created server (I just did, didn't expect it too :-\)! There's 4 rows of 50 dispensers of both teams. So anyone who needs that achievement can just go on by yourself! CP, Intel, lightning bolt for Dead Heat, water, platform for the RJ achievement.

Only the Arsonist achievement.

Some of the rest you need other classes like Medics, Scouts, Snipers and Soldiers I think. Unless you have hantu playing or something then you can do by yourself. LOL!

I strongly suggest that we do not use any maps that is made for achievement purposes. I have heard that Valve will trace anyone using those maps and wipe out their stats, and who knows even the achievements.

Actually....Valve made a move that said farming achievements is illegal...again....E-LEE-GUL...how they detect that would be anybody's guess...so lets play it safe and just unlock the achievements the old fashion way :3

Also, how would they really find out either way? I don't think it's stated in the T&C that "farming" achievements is illegal. Technically what you guys are doing are not farming but rather gathering the achievements at a faster pace as compared to a public server.

My suggestion is this; if you want to farm for the achievements, do it in the locked server, and do it with a CONVENTIONAL map. Having a map rotation is fine, that might throw anyone watching off. This way no one but VAC knows what's going on. And VAC is only there to check for irregularities in script/coding either way.

Great, a minimal of 6 pyros in a team. I've also seen 10 pyros, 2 other is sniper and engi. No chance for me to at least get at least the flare gun.

Since there are too many people hogging the pyro slots in public servers. I have decided to add one extra day, which is today, Friday, 20th June, into the pyro achievement farming session, and cancelled the Sunday session instead. The time will be the same, from 8pm till 10pm in our BolehVPN LYN++ Clan Server.

the last time when we did the medic farming there was nothing taken against the farmers. Heck, they even misleadingly "leaked out" the command to auto unlock the weapons.

guys... if u have friends.. just do the achievements in a lan server la... but make sure u are connected to steam... easy as abc... LOL.... i helped my friend unlocked all three weapons in just 30 mins..

anyway.. wanna ask.. anywhere here in lyn teach ppl how to run a dedicated server? hehe..

Coz i tried downloading steam, then use another account to run the dedicated server, but it wouldnt allow me unless i use an account with tf2 purchased. So.. my question is, do i need an account with tf2 purchased to run a dedicated server or im doing it wrongly? thanks guys.

I highly doubt it. You can even hide those achievement maps by renaming it to another name. Then again, that's just my opinion. It's your call. Just got back from work, so I guess today's session is over. Will be joining tomorrow's. And I need the password

Hi tomato, I would suggest you to expel this guy -> [LYN++] EleMeNt3Ls from the clan. Just now I joined one of the e-club server. As the pyro update has just released, it is human nature for me and many other players to select this class. And this guy here, over the voice comm, called all the pyro player as "assh0le". I mean, come on. Who are you to call us "assh0le"? Can't you just tell it nicely? and if the players are stubborn, you can just leave the server.

Ah don't have to thank me. I just feel like helping out and I'm happy with what I did. Although uncooperative people did made me lose my cool a little back there, but it's okay. Another session will be held on Saturday, from 8pm onwards, for those who missed the first one, feel free to come.
