Nice.. Latest psp price is 650 which i bought beginning of this month. Just psp and charger + free gift pouch, hori screen protector and cleaning cloth. Bought it at summit usj.

around how much the camera price goin...i was shoping at wangsa maju jusco...goin to a game shop...yep..hang around and asking the price...its around 200++.. i said WOW..!!!

and for new psp buyers, go get sandisk m2 8gb instead of pirated 4gb memory stick, speed wise m2 is even faster
a pirated 4gb memory stick cost you for RM100 while 8gb m2 only cost you for RM180, oh yah, the m2 does come with adapter

yes..ori SONY 4GB MSPD already cost rm200+, and 8GB price will be sky high...

if a shop sells PSP at rm700+ and tells you tat the MSPD is ori and Brand new,i don think it's true...

and the new stock of PSP slim will not be able to get mod..

my friends say he got offer 650 at pc fair (dont know which), complete set, with 8gb MS, and camera... (he say it is 5MP , maybe he wrong about this one), i suspect that the MS is fake..... can a slim psp got price like this? got potential to be phat psp that they are selling?

yes,very sure...this is the last badge of stock for PSP slim that can be mod with custom firmware.

Well. Put it this way. It might not be moddable as soon as it comes out. But it will be in the near future. The PSP scene's coders are one of the best. So i think it would just be a matter of time.

I see. Worried lah, afraid that when I get my PSP in December, can only play from UMD and stuff. That will be costly.

don u think SONY will try to improve their firmware or PSP tech since it's so well selling world-wide but UMD are a lot lesser then the amount of PSP console sold??..

Yea indeed, the next batch of PSPs(particularly I think the next batch is the just announced "madden blue" colored PSPs) has a new board on it. Will take some time to crack, but will done soon enough.

The PSP just have a too large of a security loophole, nothing that any seasoned hacker couldn't do.

Indeed. But IMO. Sony seems to have the worse coders around. Dark_AleX and co was able to crack one of the OFW(forgot which one) in less than 48 hours since it was release. And that OFW was released to improve security if not mistaken.

Anyway. Back to topic. Going to get my 2nd PSP soon. The GoW bundle. Rm940+15 shipping. Quite reasonable if you ask me.

btw, about the psp eye u guys was talking bout, how many megapixel does it have? 3mp? 5mp? or 1.3 mp?

I brought my PSP from Game Tech, BJ Penang.

Total expenses was RM850..... Package includes:

1. PSP console in a box:come with the console, adapter, manual, battery.
2. 8G memory card
3. Crystal Case(good quality type) + screen protector.
4. Hard porch.
5. USB cable(with charging head).
6. Hand stripe.
7. 2 times full load of games.
8. 1 month warrantee, 1 year free service.
Note:if with 4G memory card, it only cost RM750.

I add RM45 for the component cable(2.5meter long). So my total expense for the day was RM895.....

Found the taukea very helpful and friendly.

Any comment to the price I paid? I guess it was reasonable.....

Meh. They keep trying. And they will keep failing. Unless they can do something like the PS3. Which would seriously jack up the price of the PSP.

I got the GoW bundle from Good_Man Haha. Who in turned helped me sourced for it at KL. I think he bought it at Bernard's shop.

Yeap, prices will be even higher back in the days where Devhook ruled. No M33 CFW back then, PSPs prices were sky high.

the GOW bundle is indeed a good buy since u are essentially getting a R1 PSP so u can watch those R1 UMDs, me never got a chance to since i own a R3 PSP and don't like compressed movie files....

I dont buy UMD movies anyway. So the UMD playback doesnt bother me much. I always wanted a slim. The GoW bundle gave me the reason to get it. Hehe.
