i bought a unit of DLINK dsl 2640t on the past few months, and now the LAN are not working at all (wireless working)
but i lost the purchased receipt ,somemore when i bought the modem that salesperson didnt stick the czone sticker on the modem. So, do i able to claim for warranty? cry.gif

i guess u still can claim the warranty. bout the receipt i think the shop should keep a copy on the purchase.

y don't u go there n ask 1st?
