Just enable DMZ in your router !

control panel, security center, if enabled, make sure it is first choice (with exception) then go to 2nd tab(exception) , there have a list, make sure u ahve war3.exe , frozenthrone.exe, bprotect.exe inside it

ok, u might can try a solution here, firstly try disable windws firewall , see it work or not, if work, tat mean, u should add the 3 process to the firewall exception list like wat i say just now, if not work, u pm me n tell me again, might be third poarty program.
