I would say Celcom. Now celcom has up to 7.2Mbps as opposed to Maxis' 3.6Mbps. But maxis blocks p2p , and you can only p2p from 1 am to 6 am. If you don't mind , then you can go ahead and p2p from 1 am to 6 am

It can be anywhere from 0 to 150 Kilobytes/sec. like i've said if you want to torrent or anything else ,3G Isn't meant for you

for now celcom is better. reason? better p2p ( not for heavy downloader though ) speed and more coverage.
