Yesterday -15/5/08.
I go to PCZone to buy my new Samsung LCD. 2253BW. Then ask boss wun to buy the LCD regarding from lelong.com.my site. Asking him that i had given the stated price.rm920.through email. Then he ask me to go one of his staff to handle my LCD sales process. His staff said that the price already changed due to increase market price.Not the same price stated in lelong/pczone site.
Then i ask the staff to see his boss.Don care,wun to complain. Then he giving me an excuse that the price stated in the lelong got mistaken.typo error.after i come,juz notice the typo error. Before this, nver realise. Giv me stupid reason?. How come u got mistaken if u send me an email. Then i uphold my statement that pczone already decide to sell that price. U cannot do like this.we have made a deal. U alrdy given me an email. U should notice me earlier if the price had increase. He offer me gantirugi rm30 or discount rm30 for the item due to the mistaken pczonecomputer site. Then i argue..coming this far,got treat like this . He said..no untung . Stupid excuse. Offer me difference price from the deal. Then I ask nicely.. He said if i wun to complain.no use. Nothing changes..if i complain.no wun care. He ask the technician to delete the item immediately frm pczone website. Ask me to go other shop survey the best price.why should i go survey?. Alrdy decided to buy direct from lelong thread. Why should i go to other shop?
I go out while thinking how to clarify the truth. Ask my fren the number who incharge lelong thread. I call him. He answered, ask nicely email how can i get the item.i thought mgmt ppl. Actually the same person i deal before(boss). I juz wun to know who incharge that site. See.. how come he doesnt know we had met the deal. He ask me to come settle this problem. We meet once more, ask him to opened the email i have send. then he said we nver made a deal. I ask him to check the email u posted to me b4. He check cannot show me we never met deal..
The third time, i cannot tahan anymore. Go to nearest CC . warn him that the price given is already stated trough email. Then print the statement the deal made at 10/5/08. Go back to pczone, ask for the item nicely. I said, don wun to go any futher action. Im so tired going around to get proof. Plz settle this problem as soon as possible.
The problem settled.

Moral : Customer is always right.

why dont you try post something in garage sale then when COD that time you tell your potential buyer now price change already and it's only misunderstanding must pay new price. see how your potential buyer will react...

loled u should read the terms & condition stated below the pricelist, how come u wanna know?? The price they quote is already 5 ago, if the really wan it u called up place order earlier. Samsung LCD already price up thats the reason.

wow, lotsa pc zone staffs around lyn... btw, i seldom deal with pc zone... all i can say is never deal with them... lol... i also seldom go lyp survey price cause normally buy from garage sales section... tired of those lyp shop services... some are good some are bad... even i wan to buy also their service if i wan spent money also must spent liao happy la... last time i really wanted bought a GC at LYP, forgot which shop d... they just treat me like i just wan to survey and dont want let me see the items and showing me faces... ending up buy it at opposite shop even though its more expensive... most important is i feel like i am customer and well treated, not like begging the sales person to sale me...

this is about ethics lah. that's why very important to look after your reputation!

BUT as i look , the problem already settle and Y wanna pull up the matter ,

Business is Business ... who want to run A business with a lost . u want ... BUT for sure all the ppl reading the FORUM's vil not ....
If u are a regular customer or Shoopers in LOW YAT , price list listed
"PRICE CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTECE"

So means tat if the prices quoted 5 day earlier and u come to purchase today and price changes , ppl also cant even say anything ..RIGHT (correct me if i am wrong)

true problem settled but TS just would like to share his bad experiences with us so that this sort of thing wont happen to others in future! or at least we do take some precaution in future.

i understand that for the usual pricelist, items prices can be changed without prior notice.

but, if u guys put in on lelong than u must honour the price there. Or else the buyer can report the lelong seller. Same as our garage sales section. Once a deal is made than u cannot change the price.

Or else just quit selling on lelong and delete it if u are unable to change the pricing or update it.

IMO, this is not a pricing mistake.

Guess theres too many pczone staffs trying to cover their shop. Mistake is a mistake, deal is a deal. When its already confirmed, it doesn't matter if its in a month to collect the item, the price shud be same since the confirmation already made. Once confirmation made, and email sent, its already consider sold. So it doesn't matter how many days also the price should be same as stated. cause the price hiked up after the deal was made, not during the deal . And to those czone staffs, pls kindly refrain from asking users to stop posting, to stop continue thread and bla bla bla. Its the users right. Know human rights? Yeah something equal to that. Its our rights to voice our out dissatisfaction. Thats y this forum is here for. cheers....
