the price is from RM 240K now... but i dun think the unit with that price are still available... pls visit the actual show unit and get yourself the information. I bought a unit last year...

i went there...place is small...but price is high...their main point for the high price is because it is freehold...but i think the place too small for comfort unlike PV which i more preferably choose if i`m buying a place to stay

last week just go there for my wife colic house warming.
his condo size is 1625sqf and selling rm267K include 1/2 parking forget liao. overall is ok. kitchen for me is small, very long dining and living room eheheheheh, and his unit is side so his balcony is L shape very big, facing gombak.
