It will take a while for your hamster to 'like' you. Try throwing a used shirt near his cage so he gets to know your smell!

Woop. Just looked at Sony Bravia new models. The V and S series are getting Full HD treatment. Not bad. Full HD at 5 to 6k. Now I'm waiting for how much is the V Series 40 incher.

Edit: Need u guys punya opinion. Is there an alternative to air conds? I prefer something environmentally friendly, like the Air Cooler i found. Basically, its a fan that needs to fill in water to get a cooling feeling. Any suggestions?

Air coolers suck because they need to be consistently filled with water or ice. You get to rent these in Oz during the summer, and after a while they might LEAK.

Yeah, and air coolers usually are not too durable. They break down more often and easily compared to a good A/C. Also look into how big of an area you need to cool down - there's no other option but A/Cs for bigger areas.

what about the rotating air vents? is that ok or not? u know, the ones shaped like the chef's hat and always rotating on the roof?

From what i feel now, is that the world is lacking on water vapor. That results in dryer weather and when it gets hot, it really is hot.

I dun mind filling in the water or ice, and I just need to cool out my parents bed. tats all. never intended to use it as a living room thing to replace the fan, because I love KDK fans.

But if it leaks and breaks down often, I might need to give this another thought. Mum has been complaining of the hot weather, and she doesn't want air conds cuz she noes the family will get addicted to it. And tat is not good for our situation.

Yup2. been here for 17 years already, and now its coming to this very humid feeling. Air purifiers, I checked at the health and fitness area and they recommend I take Sharp.

Solar energy was mostly about using the system to heat water for bathing and all that stuff. I think that people eventually found that the electricity costs pumping the water to the roof was better used on those simple water heaters we use today.
