ahhh that is understood cannot be used.

i somehow misread his thread, i thought we'll have to fork out another 200 or so for a hypersim bypass card, but when i read it carefully, the bypass card is bundled together, ghosh, that is indeed a great deal!

sonic_cd, i tot u say u wanna throw your K850i for the F905i tongue.gif

awong
depends, do you use gprs and data? also 903sh is older and 904sh does have a more modern feel to it with the ui and a better screen, but if i recomend 903sh then there is one less for Synthesia to look for biggrin.gif

Sigh but don't know why those SG and HK forums always say 903SH is old model, not recommended la bla bla bla...

Maybe they only want the latest gadgets, while we wanted usability..

After reading through the review, seems that 920SH is more for watching movie...

While 903SH is more camera based..

need help here...
i am a 904SH purple user 3 months ago but i jz bought a bypass SIM from HK(fren helping me to buy) recently..
my fren tested in HK, and it is working with d bypass SIM, but sadly is, when i use it here, it showed: "Insert USIM Card" (btw my SIM card is Hotlink 3G)
btw i already set to "offline mode" b4 i put my Hotlink 3G with bypass SIM in my 904SH

so any expert willing to help me?
awong
that is why, if you turn off in offline mode you will lock up phone again. You need to turn off off line mode and it should work. You might need a vodafone japan sim card to get back into phone again.

thx coz u willing to help
but i did wat u mentioned but stil having d same problem..."Insert USIM Card"
does Hotlink 3G card affect anyting? or hv to use normal GSM SIM card?
awong
the sim card might be an issue. You made sure the hypersim and your sim card are making contact? you might need to master reset the phone then put the sim hack in.

but just in case, post a picture of your sim card the metal contacts.
