hai i'am live in penang and i want to buy a 3G/HSDPA usb modem, celcom maybe because i don't want use contract plan.
is there anybody want to sell and help me to registration on celcom because i'am a foreigner and will stay in penang until december this year.

Since you are going to live here till end of the year , I would suggest you to consider maxis. well no contracts (but you'll have to pay like rm 200 for termination fee or something like that and they provide you with a modem). Since you are a foreigner , I wouldn't say that it would be a wise choice for you to go and buy up a 3G/HSDPA USB modem. I dont know where you are from. Suppose if you live in a country whereby UMTS/HSDPA is supported , then it would be worth it to buy the modem as well , otherwise it would be a waste of money (i.e if you are in the states or so). Its just my 2 cents. There are agents for you to help out
