I have a couple of Prescott but since I use Intel mobo, I can't overclock them to hell. Even at idle this pres'hott' is close to 60 on stock cooling

I want to OC my good ol' Dell Laptop. Alot of effort and ended up in failure.
I tried oc'ing my ol' Prescott, +400mhz and then it looked it will burn.
LOL... i should go dig out my pentium 200mhz rig in the store room.
Long long time ago I did try to oc it. I think I hit the max with 266mhz.....

Anyways....just curious. I have a p4 2.6ghz northwood in a frens comp. Was wondering just how far I can push it, without really touching any volts, oh, and I dont think the board has a pci lock either.
