You are not the only one! I subscribed for 2 months, out of it 2~3 weeks was the down time so far!

The last time it was telling me about error 736, god knows what was that about. Took them about 2 weeks to get that fixed and told me I am the only one having that problem so far.

Today, the server was telling me that my account is disabled. And the itunnel tech support on the MSN messenger has gone offline since dunno when.

Beware! Unless you are willing to put up with the waiting.

So far, I've gotten not very fast replies from them, but so far all my queries have been answered.

And, I would like to voice out that even though I have only paid until the 20+ of Nov, till today, they have not yet suspended my account (even though I have repeatedly messaged them on MSN to let me know the amount and when I can bank in through MB2U), and speeds have been increasing recently.

So, please make yourself more heard and keep up the good work!
