Thanks for helping me setup my VPN guys. Seems to be working fine.

I cannot tell for sure though. Is there some kind of test to see if I have maximised my VPN connection? Thanks again!

For me , i USE DownloadUpload meter, Google DU meter. It shows a graph of how your connection is like biggrin.gif

That way , you can see if the vpn is fully utilising your bandwith..

Anyways Server1 and 2 Is down for an emergency maintanence. We will let you know once we're back up wink.gif

Guys, our server host are having some network issues. Seems like their network is having some really bad problem. They told us server is down for a while.. So all i can say is server is down until further notice .

THis is a sad day for iTunnel.. I will keep you informed. We give them 4 days. If in 4 days it's not resolved, we will switch host. So bear with us please..

I dont know where you got that from but it's nothing in relation to our host. They're not in UK. They're located elsewhere. Anyways, we've given them notice, if this isnt' solve in 4 days, we're moving server.


For this trouble, all users after 2nd Of July will have 1 week extension in their account:D

hey guys sorry. Wasn't at home last nite
The server is now up but the network speed is still slow. Im informed that they are still correcting the issue but 20% is already restored.. So now we wait for at least 50% or maybe they will jump from 40% to 100%...

Guys, Good news!!!

Everything works fine now , however there has been a HDD wipe so we have to manually key in all your details again. Sorry for that. However, server should be up by tonight as we need to install everything from start , config it and then key in all the data of our users. ALL users will have an extension of 4 Days!!

my socks5 i think still got prob... cannot connect.... once in a while connected but disconnected after tht.... even if connected also, the speed not max.... the seed number lower than using normal connection without socks5....

That is because u're login using the problem server. i think my partner has already sent a pm to all to use the backup server. I tried using it since 12am last night until i woke up 20 minutes ago , and was dling at my full speed and no dc. If u dont know how to change to the backup server, send me a pm

Guys, sorry i just came back from college.

server isn't down. Just the domain name went capud.. It reverted back to the old ip. I will try to solve this asap.

We found out something. Our server changed domain since one of our vpn user was port scanning it and it was illegal by our server's T&C. Our host has given us a warning and now we're doing an investigation on the person. That person's acc will be terminated once we find out who it is.

For the rest of the users who are on socsk5 and webui, we apologise for this matter. My hoster told me about the restart but i cant seem to connect to the server. We have sent them another support ticket so all we can do is wait. Btw, new server shud arrive soon and we're planning to get another server from a diff host so that no problems shud occur in the future.

Thank you for understanding. Once we get the new server and another from a diff host , all these problem shud be solved. Funny because of one user all the others suffer. Dont worry. Our user base for vpn is quite little so im sure we will find out the culprit.

Yeah, dont know why he need to pay for vpn so much just for port scanning.. Maybe he wants to do illegal stuff.. Anyways server shud be up soon
