Sorry guys , can't keep adding people on the list. I hope someone can take over. If you want to start a users list , pM me and let me know (aka the person in charge so I'll give him the permission to update the user list)
baowen
so now we need volunteer for this page's.
anyone ?
prasys
Yes , someone who can update the users thread and post current information. I'll try my best to update it. I am not a Dell m1530 user , plus on top of that I've got other forums to look after as well. The main reason why I've locked the old thread is that the posts in that thread is > 2,500. Usually , it will be locked.

dear prasys,

I am sorry I was the last thread starter but I am super busy for the last couple of months. Therefore, like u said to keep this alive we'll need new thread keeper. I also can't no longer update thread especially on daily basis.

Cheesenium seems like a good candidate. I would recommend him as well if there's no volunteer smile.gif

Yea, hope Cheesenium can take over as threadstarter and update the thread frequently.
Cheesenium
So,shall i start a new thread?

Anyway, please post in the thread if you want me to update it on the front page.If i havent post it in the front page, please PM me your specs.I'll update it then.

there is a few LCD type offered by dell now.. but u dun get to choose sad.gif if you are lucky den you will get LG and if you get Samsung.. you will face the grainy issue....

I've one of my colleague using LG screen in her INS1420... the color looks good and it does not have the grainy white color like my INS 6400 that is using Samsung..

In V1 there is forumer mentioned that if you take 1440 x 900 you will eventually get LG... well i dont know how far it is true.. but my unit is 1440 x 900 and it is a LG smile.gif

majority of M1330 got LG screen right?
your problem probably because almost laptop LCD screen in the market is 6-bit panel rather 8-bit panel.
6-bit panel only can produce 262K colours while 8-bit panel is 16.7M true colours.
you can check your M1330 manual for LCD spec.

6-bit is okay for normal usage (no problem with me) but for someone that working with graphic design etc they maybe more “cerewet” with colours.
last time we have some discussion about this in M1530 original thread

Only air cond room.

It's just electric static.

It's ok now in Aus.
