but I hear from old people saying will get this paru paru berair if swim or shower at night. Please pro, advice. thanks
what's the credibility of those people? or at just referring to cooler water?
FYI many pools close at 10pm, heck even swimming pool at fitness centers close at 10pm. so clearly swimming at night is not an issue.
swimming at wrong time of the day could be bad also, like say when the sun is hot.

for me, anytime between 7am to 11am and 6pm onwards, cos less hot. i tried before swimming when the sun is hot.

later got slightly burned.

Nite is nice but I usually prefer morning too. As goldfries stated, less people and usually there's no people at all. That's where I can enjoy my swim without those usually annoying people only making noise and mess around in the pool instead of swimming.
on yeah man. some people just don't know how to see that people are doing laps.
i hate when my laps get interrupted. tak shiok la k, swim half way then some bunch of kids yikityakking away and suddenly cross your path.......
