Guess what? The receptionist is busy CHATTING on the phone and left me standing there like an idiot for about 5 minutes. I was staring at her with an I'm-waiting-for-you look and already start tapping on the table. Ofcoz, she mm song so she put down the phone and ask me what's wrong. Mind you, the conversation I've heard is NOT about work, it's all chatting with her friend. I told her about the problem waited for further instruction. She then ask me to come back in an hour so that the item could be tested. All the technicians are VERY busy. I didn't know that chatting on the phone falls under the BUSY category.
1. You're supposed to serve the customer first, not continue to chat.
2. Why are the services when you're PURCHASING an item and SENDING for warranty is so different?
3. Define busy.
4. My item is entitled for a 1-1 change within a week. And I have to leave it overnight yesterday. Today is the 7th day, so, am I eligible to get the 1-1 change?
