If the laptop is refurbished, Hakkinen will tell and remind the customer before he sells, and also Hakkinen will only sell laptops that come with manufactuter's warranty. And the most important part is Hakkinen doesn't sell any Toshiba & HP Refurbished laptop and claim it as new and telling his buyer that it can claim warranty from HP/TeleDynamics..
