In a phone interview with the iPod Observer, Gartner analyst Ken Dulaney claims to have heard rumors in Asia that Apple may have ordered another 10 million iPhones, but this time ones capable of operating on the 3G data network.

Dulaney believes that Apple has ordered another round of iPhones which will use 3G technology to communicate wirelessly with the internet over the cell network. He also claims that the new devices will sport new Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) displays, which are significantly more power efficient than the current backlit LCD displays used in all of Apple's products, as well as being much thinner.

3G iPhone is definite for this year... but Steve is not telling when. the only way to find out is to kidnap him and force the info.

OLED is very unlikely this year. Apple will focus on SDK and OLED cost is quite high

steve Jobs will not launch this 3G IPhone first. He must sell off the 1st 10Million units before launching this 2nd batch of 10 Million units of 3G Iphone.
