Hi, i am a new user of ebay.com.my and confirm it is a con case already. This is my first transaction adi kena con.

The scenario is where i have paid for the item after the auction and seller promise that buyer will receive it within 2-4 days. I didn't receive my item until today 27 March 2008. The item has been paid on 21 March 2008 9:04:20 AM. I emailed and smses the buyer few times today and still didn't get any reply, this same goes with other buyer. I have his name,ic,contact num but how can i verify if it is legitimate. Which sites or party where i check more info on it? what action should i take further?

1)Can only contact ebay 10 days after transaction
2)no tracking id was given to me even though it is stated in his term of sales

actually i got bid his item...but he already set for 1 ID just can bid for 1 item...n he still say many joybidder here so he set like tat...so after i win my bid he ask for payment ..i will pay him ..seen i see he got good feedback ..so i ask for he others item...some unit r old phone so price r cheap until i buy 10 unit for rm1000.00

i have done research even before i place this bid. trust me, ebay is very bad in solving prob for buyers. the most they will do is delete his acc and item he is selling. i was dragged by his good feedback and he say he is a teacher, price reasonable, and the quality of phone from pics seems good. i guess i was wrong this time

btw, trust me...it is time for u to leave the feedback at ebay to link other buyers here. this is a sure case already, as how heavy the case depends on the volume of ppl report to police

trust me, at least 10 ppl fall into his trap....but now we lost contact with other buyers. The amount of item ranging from RM 40.00-RM 1000.00 per transaction. Estimated he cheated at least RM 3000.00

their ability or amount of action they are going to take depends on the total amount of complaint or report filed. Right now, we need at least a few more buyers/victims but lost contact with them. ebay won't allow user to post any info in the forum.

that is the problem...!!last nite one buyer has contacted me...later i try to inform her discuss at here.
now how many people involve in this case?

IC i also doubt it's real. I just only contacted ambank, but i know banks have certain policy where they won't reveal their customer information. We will see how it goes. going to hunt this ba*tard down

i have a number of sms yesterday after i posted the feedback. one of them is nokia N93 that cost RM 710. right now, i am sure that there is at least 10 ppl as i check what he is selling everyday.....few days ago, he got lot of phones on auction and the price is reasonable good
