I want to subscribe to streamyx for my new house that i moved into last november.
I subscribe to TM fixed telephone line at September, but until now, they still haven't fix the line for me.
Their reason for not connecting is becuz i dun have the duct entries which is a total bullshit. Their Technical people already come to the
house and check and verified in black and white that there's a duct entries..
what pissed me off the most is that they ignore me completely everytime i make a complain and keep repeating the duct entry problem...
Anybody can suggest a way that i can solve this problem..........??

write a formal letter to their HQ and complaint.or straight go ur nearest TM point and request you would like to meet their manager/person in charge.told them ur prob.hopefuly they r kind enuf to help u out or take notice ur complain.or maybe you can write letter to thestar to voice out ur unsatification toward their svc and they wil publish out in 1 section(forgoten which).hope this all wil help to get them to install the line for u asap

which area? i just moved in to an apt in pj. line was up n running with stmyx in less than 2 weeks

I am from Bdr Baru Bangi,
Behind my house is kajang, so basically my house is in the border line of kajang and Bandar Baru Bangi..
