I found this accidently while googling random softwares. this seems to be a useful software for those who uses many softwares regularly.
save me a lot of time searching for files and applications!
now i just press combination 3 keys to launch an application. i'm loving it.

it's not a freeware so i'm not gonna distribute it. if you're not into buying it, search the cracks on your own by all means.
here's the software's name for you to google it
Aquarius Soft PC Keyboard Hotkey Pro

if you're not a keyboard person, try LaunchOnFly software. older version are free. Just press combination of 2 keys and a pop menu will appear.

cheers.

oh, there's more to it. like opening folders, typing username, passwords (not recommended, it's not save to store your password inside ur pc).
etc. there's a lot of function.

but i have too many shortcuts on desktop and i was trying to clean my desktop as clean as possible. saying about double clicks, i customized it to only one clicks. with that i can be lazier lol.
kayz1e
haha.. i dont like single clicks as i can accidentally click the wrong icon...

admit it.. u couldnt remember all the shortcut keys if u were assign 10 of them...

if u wanna make ur desktop as clean as possible.. i advise u to use Yz dock, or even object dock... or maybe both at the same time.. so u can have a bar for apps and folders... and a bar for games... then u can just "do not show icons" on your desktop...

nope. i do. my shortcuts are damn easy. Y YM. Alt M for Maya. M for MSN. W for Winword. P for Photoshop. I for Illustrator. Ctrl U for username. Ctrl I for Password (because it's just next to U) O for OpenCanvas. C for Calculator (yes, i use it a lot). F for Flash. Alt E for Excel. (since E is for C:/ on default) list goes on. this is how i remember my shortcuts. just plus the Windows button.
i used to 'do not show icons'. what happens next is when i show icon, my desktop got 2 pages because i have the habit of saving files to desktops.
kayz1e
lol.... about you saving stuff on desktop.. i cant help...

make a junk folder on your desktop and put files u download into it... no software can help u with that..
toda_erika_II

lol ok la. late liao. nice 'chatting'/chatting with you.
