Thinking of overclocking my mum's PC to the max.

Her PC is using AMD X2 +4000, Biostar TForce 560 A2+ & Crucial Ballistix DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz 4GB Kit.
Right now, no overclocking is done.

Is there any possibility that i could run the ram and the X2 +4000 & the ram @ 1:1 ratio?

raise the multiplier slowly to da max

if u can't boot at a certain multi, raise the vcore a notch

no need to touch other setting (RAM/Chipset Speed & Voltage)

should get 3.1-3.4

just notice that this mobo vdroop is better compared to my previous biostar tf560 a2+

say, how much of MHz (Proc) can be increase if u lower the multi?

if both GHz is the same better to stay with higher multi × lower htt, rite?

plus no other settings than the multi & vcore need to tweak

ur ta780g didn't got any mem chip for the on-board graphic rite?

d purpose of lowerin d ram multi is to minimize d chance of ram causin instability. it's hard to oc both cpu & ram at d same time.

when d max clock of cpu is found, proceed with findin d max speed of ram, and finally find d sweet spot for both.

yup, max clock always come 1st...

What i've been doing for the moment

Wats the safe temp that BE should be at? Coz if running at 3.2Ghz, it's around 60c (that happen after my fingers hit the hsf fan a bit )

i always kept my amd proc under 50c if possible...
