i suggest u to stop waiting..taman melati streamyx lines are already full..my friend staying there waited for 1 year plus..end up getting maxis broadband..

If your brother don't have fixed line an lives in Gombak,why not try IZZI wireless broadband.
You can also use it all over Klang Valley,mobile all the time.

I have been using it for about a month now,pretty good I must say.
Minimum download I get is approx 750kb onwards,upload about 250kb+.
Maximum download is approx 1Mb and upload pretty much at 280kb+

I was also contemplating Streamyx,but then fixed line charges + Streamyx charges + never ending Streamyx trouble,no way la since there are choices.

agree with you , tm is sucks big time, too many hidden cost, confuse billing statement, worst customer support and services. Expert in over charge.....

Billing statement are not confusing for me at all, maybe for some people. Trust me, Astro bill can be more confusing than Streamyx bill if you pay 3 months in advance

anybody know any TM contractor, i register for TM fixed line on Tuesday, they said can only come and install on 25/8. how efficient TM.
