U can try increase the max concurrent half-open connection limit (tcpip.sys). The default limit for xp is 10. But
the higher chance/speed for the system to get infected with virus when limit exceeded.

But mine Streamyx 88 package, DL speed max only 77KBps ~ 80KBps +

If ur download speed is below 70% 1MB, u call ISP.

I get like 160KB/s with my package, most expensive package.

i use xunlei can run up to 170-190kbps
i oso dunno y my line can run so fast

i use xunlei and i can get speed 130 kb.
more faster then other one

i use streamyx rm88 but now running slow like hell...tmnut

1024 kbps = max 128KB/s
612 kbps = Max 64KB/s

Tm streamyx always low speed and expensive broadband servie xD

im getting sick with da broadband in malaysia..

believe or not, my torrent speed (i've chosen the best SEED there is for a particular file) can go from 1kb/s - 20 kb/s MAX
while normal download (sometimes Flashget) 10kb/s - 30kb/s MAX

squall..why don't u use mod 0.66 torrent,you can get over 100kb/s..

it depends with ur streamyx...more expensive package=faster...but it also depends on user...if there a lot users den ur dl will be faster...mine can reach till 130kb+..
