If you want to use Huawei USB modem, you need to connect it to a computer at home and make it a dedicated server to share your connection.

Reason is because the Huawei is a USB modem and you need a computer to route the incoming connection via a hub or wireless AP.

Use Windows ICS to make your old computer a server, then configure your belkin wifi router to AP mode where no routing is done.

Huawei USB modem -->Ineternet Routing Server --> Belkin wireless router(AP mode) -->Your desktops/laptops

If you turn the Belkin router into AP mode, it would not route any traffic but only distribute it via wireless to your PC.

Don't turn the routing functions on for your Belkin because that would make your pc route as well as your Belkin router .This is called double routing.

Double routing(double NAT) can give you lots problems like limited connectivity, ip conflicts and port forwarding confusions.
