any pros n sifus here can list out completely the drivers i need for my com plz..i went to dell n checked ledi...but too many to choose from, too many options..for example, for the speaker only, there's like 4 drivers....really dunou which to pick..

Check Device Manager in Vista and make a list of what you need to download.

first thing is download all the drivers for dell inspiron 9400 from dell website for xp before you reinstall the os.

or you can create a xp cd follow this link, enable all driver but just not the 3 VGA driver because the cd disk is full, almost 700MB.
