i am a girl..and i dunnoe wat cup am i..any suggestion how to determine my cup??thx.
1st... measure whats the size of your chest not including your breast... that's you size no. eg 36 ... then measure your breast size and minus the chest size... that's your alphabet... eg A - 1 inch, b - 2 inch

yeaps.. i guess that chart works well.. however it is best to try it out yourself... it works as a guide only..
neway... dont buy biggers bras to look big.. it wont provide support and you wont know if you are rubbing against ppl...

breast size and palm size varies, therefore rendering all the above pointless.
may i noe how u all girl noe your cup??

like i said la... try try try~! ask the promoter there to recommend then u try la, see ok or not. if not ok then go one cup bigger/smaller lor.
depends on brand and cutting, i am A/B/C
try on a few cups then you will know.. as long it supports your breast well then it is the right one... 1st decide on size then on cup... then go for sports bra later...

sports bra usually dont have specific sizes.... so they offer the best support... compare the support to the sports bra's ... if it is nearly the same then the size n cup is correct

My gf public speaking topic is about bra. Im the one who gather info for her. so after i search through internet and finally come out with this information and it's pretty accurate for u to refer. hope this info helps all the girls out there and remember to get a good bra for urself. treat urself better XD

actually no. a sports bra support is by flattening the breasts a bit so that they won't bounce when u work out. so buying a normal bra according to sports bra is not the correct way.
U can go to those bra shop, they will help u measure and tell u ur size.

34/75 is just your body size (forgot what you call this)
it does NOT mean your cup size at all
you can be 34A 34B 34C and so on...

Just go to the sales assistant... that is the reason they are there for... to measure...
Also, breasts size changes frequently... Sometime we gain or lose weight and the breasts size also changes... Sometimes you might be 34B, when u lose weight you might go down to 34A or 32B... So you need to go measure every six months, I saw this programme about educating women on wearing the right bra... many people are not wearing the right bra, hence, it will gradually affect the shape of your breasts... Some people actually wear the same size for like 20 years shown in the programme!!! Also, different brands' sizes are different too. For e.g.: Triumph 34B might be different from Skiva 34B... So if you wanna get a bra, make sure to try it first, and if not sure, please ask the sales assistant... But I dont really like the sales assistants in Msia, not that pro (attitude/service wise) but what the heck, janji the bra fits...

well normally when u purchase the bra, the sales promoter will definitely help u to measure n check. i'll suggest u not to b malu cuz they'll teach u some tips on the correct way to wear ur bra. i got some tips from them too. n my size is from b to c.
cup sizes are simple.. just measure your chest diameter.. and then from your nipple to your chest.... the difference you gget from your nipple to your ribcage is what u have as your cup size

No, each body has its own length. Like open your arms wide, measure from your hands to another is equal to your height. And 2x round your neck is the size of your waist.
And everyone's palms has the ratio to everyone's size.
